1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Rewind Envelope website and subscribing to our membership service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Membership & Billing
The Rewind Envelope is a monthly subscription service. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current rate. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing reloadandrewind@gmail.com prior to your next billing date.
3. Product Nature & Vintage Items
Our envelopes contain a mix of original art and authentic vintage ephemera (trading cards, stickers, paper goods) from the 1980s and 90s. Please note that vintage items are sold "as-is" and may show signs of age, wear, or "retro charm." These imperfections are part of the aesthetic and history we celebrate.
4. Shipping
We ship all envelopes via the United States Postal Service (USPS). While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for mail lost, damaged, or delayed by the USPS once it has left our hands. If an envelope is returned to us as undeliverable, we will process a refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom artwork, logos, and original content included in The Rewind Envelope are the intellectual property of The Rewind Envelope. Reproduction or resale of our exclusive art prints or membership materials without express permission is prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms or our pricing at any time. Active members will be notified of any price changes via email prior to their next billing cycle.
