Due to the limited nature of our vintage items and art prints, we do not accept returns directly from members. Once an envelope is delivered, it is yours to keep.
Undeliverable Mail
If the USPS is unable to deliver your envelope and it is returned to our HQ as "Return to Sender," we will contact you immediately. We will work with you to either update your shipping address for re-delivery or issue a full refund for that specific month.
Cancellations & Pausing
Need to hit pause? You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. Simply email us at reloadandrewind@gmail.com and we will take care of it for you.
